Returns are eligible for store credit only. Exchanges must be made for the same item(s) in a different size. Our policy lasts 14 days after the delivery date of order. Returns and exchanges must be post marked within the 14 day time frame, any returns/exchanges past the 14 day mark will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging and all tags must be attached to the item(s). If your return/exchange does not meet any of the above requirements, unfortunately, we will not accept it. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All sale, swim, earrings and vintage/renewed items are a FINAL SALE, making these select items exempt form being returned or exchanged. (Renewed items include: all items that are part of the JEANius Bar, TEE Party and Polo Club.)
To complete your return/exchange, we require proof of purchase.

Please allow us 12-16 business days from when we receive your return to issue the store credit (this DOES NOT include the time it takes your bank/ credit card company to issue the refund back into your account). Once your return has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email containing the store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Vintage/ Renewed Items
*All vintage/ renewed items are a FINAL SALE. (Renewed items include: all items that are part of the JEANius Bar, TEE Party and Polo Club (in the item description, it will say "item is a final sale"). Vintage items include everything listed as "vintage" and description of the product.)
Most of our vintage items are made of fabric that is up to 40 years old, and all of our renewed items have come from previous homes before making its way into our shop and getting renewed or altered by us. With vintage and age comes natural wear, please be mindful of this if you are seeing any discoloring or natural distressing.
Disregard sizing on the label. Some items have been re-purposed and resized.
All vintage and renewed items are unique there is no piece that is the same.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (excludes ALL renewed and vintage product(s), swim missing hygienic liners and any item(s) missing tags or original packaging). All damaged items must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving your items. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions and include order number with all inquiries. .
The same return/exchange policies apply with gifted items.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s)
We will send you an email with a tracking number for your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim to USPS here.
